One of the joys of the increasing prevalence of home wi-fi networks, and the move from protocol 802.11b to 802.11g and now 802.11n (greater width and reach, y'ken) is that you can start using yer neighbour's network for free (if it's not password protected, mind). However one Shandon dweller has been understandably concerned after picking up the following 'strangely' named network in the community, possibly coming from across the tracks. The Mince's younger correspondents think this is just a prank name. The Mince is not so easily assured and its sleuths are on the case.... |
